Changes and cancellations
If you need to make a change to a confirmed order, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours from receipt of your order confirmation email.Once the order is placed can't be cancel.
We gladly accept exchange of all our merchandise except caps within 3 days from the date of order delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider), provided they are in their original and resalable conditions.
The items being exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all tags intact. In the event of the exchange, if the merchandise does not meet the required conditions, we reserve the right to withhold exchange.
Please note that we do not accept exchange of Name/logo embroidered and custom sized products.
We also provide margins inside, so that if anyone wants to increase to one bigger size then that can be done as well.
If you would want to send it to us for alteration then we will be happy to do the same.
