I ordered my 3rd pair of scrubs, gave precise measurements, paid for the AI measurements, but the upper was completely off in terms of sizing. I contacted many times, only got a call back after several calls assuring return pick up of the product for readjusting, but it never happened. Really disappointed how you deal with old customers, wonder what you do to your 1st time customers.

I’ve ordered multiple times with you’ll. this time I ordered the same large size, but I’ve gotten a wrong size. Usually there’ll be a white tag that mentioned number 27 in large size scrubs. This time it is large but the number inside is 23. Why ? How can such a gross mistake happen. ? I’ve been trying to talk to your agent but no response. Since it’s embroidered no exchange also possible. Please do look into this. I can send photos of the white tag that’s inside the dress which has number of size.

Ordered 20 days back, 3 pairs and not recieved a single cloth.

Quality of material used is A grade. The fitting & comfort is great too.

White stains started appearing after first wash...the quality seems very cheap.never buying from scrub life again
