Why Do You Ask For Height In Standard Orders?
We request your height to ensure a better overall fit, especially for the length of the bottoms so that you no need to get it alter locally. This helps us proportion the garment correctly so it sits well on your body and provides maximum comfort during long shifts.
Will adding height make my order customized?
No, simply providing your height does not make your order customized. It is only used as a reference for fit. Your order will still be treated as a standard order unless specific measurement changes or custom alterations are requested.
Do I have to give body or garment measurements?
We require body measurements, If you prefer to share garment measurements instead, please make sure to clearly mention this while placing your order. Otherwise, by default, we will consider the measurements provided as body measurements.
How will my embroidery be done?
Our specialised embroidery team carefully follows the details you share and ensures the design is executed as closely as possible to your reference.
If any minor adjustments are required for better placement, proportion, or stitching quality, our team may make those refinements based on their professional expertise.
For logos, we match the thread colours as closely as possible to your original design to maintain accuracy and consistency.
